So, that students / prospective students can ask all University officials according to their respective fields. In the application there is leveling for each official position, where officials who have a high level can delegate messages to officials who are at a lower level but not vice versa, and after delegating a message he does not have access to reply to the message but can still see all the conversations in it. Main Features
-Login Screen: The login screen of the "Halo Kalahari" application uses a simple form with username and password input. There is a forgot password option to anticipate user negligence.
-Homepage: The homepage of the "Hallo Kalahari" app displays important information such as username, job title, and conversation list. There is also a clear and easily accessible "New chat" button to make it easier for users to start a new chat. The homepage for officials and students is only different from the conversation category section. If on the student homepage there is a category of archived conversation list, for the official homepage the category is replaced with the category of conversation list with students. Also on the official homepage, there is no list of official photos under the personal photo profile.
-Delegate Menu: The delegate menu is the most important element in the creation of this application. In the application, this menu is presented visually in the form of a simple form, and in accordance with the existing case study format. When the delegated official clicks on the delegate form that says "Mulai Chat", a notification appears and he is given 3 options: enter the chat, call or add student contacts.
-Conversation History Feature: The conversation history feature here has two info, namely reject and close. If "reject" then the conversation is rejected and redirected to another official to continue the conversation. Then, if it is "close" then the conversation is over.
-Officials list: The officials list menu allows students and officials to select other officials. As the highest official, this menu is very helpful as it displays all the officials' names along with their levels, so it can easily decide who is the right official to send to. If you are a student, this menu cannot send, but can only select the officials you want to talk to.
